การพัฒนาศักยภาพและประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ศิลปะของนักเรียนด้วยการส่งเสริมเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการประกวดแข่งขันทางศิลปะ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดการพัฒนาศักยภาพและประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ศิลปะของนักเรียนด้วยการส่งเสริมเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการประกวดแข่งขันทางศิลปะ ใช้การศึกษาเอกสารและการเข้าร่วมงานการจัดประกวดแข่งขันทางศิลปะในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล พบว่า การส่งเสริมนักเรียนให้เข้าร่วมการประกวดแข่งขันทางศิลปะของโรงเรียนและครูเป็นกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรที่สามารถสร้างประสบการณ์ตรงในการเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านทักษะ การคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการบริหารจัดการตนเองให้เป็นผู้ที่มีความสามารถก้าวไปสู่การเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวดแข่งขัน หรือรับเกียรติบัตร เพื่อความภาคภูมิใจและการสร้างแฟ้มสะสมผลงานสำหรับใช้ศึกษาต่อในระดับที่สูงขึ้น นอกจากนี้ผลจากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการประกวดแข่งขันจะพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีทัศนคติที่เปลี่ยนไป มีโลกทัศน์ที่กว้างขึ้น มีความอดทน ความพยายาม มีวิธีการศึกษาค้นคว้าและทดลองอย่างต่อเนื่อง สำหรับผลที่เกิดขึ้นกับครูคือ ทำให้ครูแสวงหาวิธีการสอนแบบใหม่ อยู่เสมอ และสร้างเครือข่ายครูที่ส่งนักเรียนเข้าร่วมการประกวดแข่งขัน ส่วนการพัฒนากิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรในโรงเรียนเพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศการแข่งขัน สร้างความกระตือรือร้นให้กับนักเรียนที่ต้องการแสวงหาแรงบันดาลใจและการแสดงออกตามความมถนัด
