บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุในการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี และศึกษาปัจจัยดึงดูดของนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี พร้อมทั้งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสาเหตุในการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อศึกษากับปัจจัยดึงดูดของนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ โดยในการวิจัยมีนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ปีการศึกษา 2567 ร่วมตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 346 คน เป็นการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน เพื่อวิเคราะห์สาเหตุในการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อ ปัจจัยดึงดูด และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสาเหตุในการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อศึกษากับปัจจัยดึงดูดของนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษา พบว่า สาเหตุในการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งปัจจัยดึงดูดของนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสาเหตุในการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อกับปัจจัยดึงดูดของนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกันระดับต่ำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งควรนำผลการตัดสินใจของนักศึกษาที่ได้จากการวิจัยใช้กำหนดกลยุทธ์การประชาสัมพันธ์ที่ตรงเป้าหมาย เช่น การใช้สื่อออนไลน์ แพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดีย และการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวการศึกษาที่เข้าถึงนักเรียนมัธยมปลายโดยตรง
