บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และศึกษาปัจจัยผลักดันของนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี พร้อมทั้งเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของนักศึกษาด้านภูมิลำเนากับปัจจัยผลักดันของนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ โดยในการวิจัยมีนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ปีการศึกษา 2567 ร่วมตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 346 คน เป็นการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ANOVA เพื่อเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของนักศึกษาด้านภูมิลำเนากับปัจจัยผลักดันของนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี พบว่า ปัจจัยผลักดันของนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ รวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.35) และผลการเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของนักศึกษาด้านภูมิลำเนากับปัจจัยผลักดันของนักศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ โดยใช้สถิติ ANOVA รวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน พบว่า ภูมิลำเนาของนักศึกษาที่ต่างกัน ส่งผลกับปัจจัยผลักดัน ของนักศึกษาที่ตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏชัยภูมิ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
