บทคัดย่อ

This research aims to study the level of knowledge management and factors

affecting knowledge management of community enterprise in Kamphaeng Phet Province.

The sample is 242 community enterprises in Kamphaeng Phet Province. The data collecting

tool was a questionnaire and the data analysis techniques were descriptive statistics and

multiple linear regression. The research found that the knowledge management of the

community enterprises was at a high level while transformation leadership, achievement

motivation and organizational culture were the influencing factors which indicated a high

level and co-predicted 74.70 percent (R2=0.747) of the knowledge management at 0.05

statistical significance.
