INSTILLING VIRTUES THROUGH BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES FOR STUDENTS

Abstract

The research titled “Analysis of Problems and Potential of Sunday Buddhist Education Centers” had the following objectives: To study the problems and potential of Sunday Buddhist Education Centers. To analyze solutions to the problems and the potential of Sunday Buddhist Education Centers. This study employed a qualitative research methodology, including: Descriptive analysis, Interpretative analysis, and Synthesis. Content analysis techniques within the context of Sunday Buddhist Education Centers were used to identify and present findings. The results are summarized as follows: 1.Problems and Potential of Sunday Buddhist Education Centers Problems: The centers face challenges in areas such as personnel, curriculum, and teaching methods, particularly in assessing learners' knowledge, understanding, and behavior. Potential: These centers have the capacity to develop into community learning hubs. Key roles include organizing diverse educational activities and serving as vocational training centers to develop skills for children, youth, and the community. 2. Analysis of Solutions and Potential Development Solutions to Problems: The development of diverse teaching materials is a critical element in solving problems and enhancing the potential of teaching and learning processes. Various types of teaching aids, materials, and activities make the learning process more effective by: Stimulating interest and enjoyment in learning. Enhancing mutual understanding and experiential learning.Promoting participation in educational activities.Developing research and inquiry skills in learners.Addressing individual differences through personalized learning strategies.The findings emphasize the importance of innovative teaching materials and methods in improving the effectiveness and accessibility of Sunday Buddhist Education Centers, ensuring their role as vital resources for community development and lifelong learning.
