Abstract

          This article aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in educational institution administration within the context of a rapidly changing digital society. The study is an academic article based on synthesis and analytical approaches, employing documentary research and content analysis alongside conceptual synthesis from both domestic and international research studies and academic literature, including reports from international organizations in the fields of education and technology. The scope of the study covers four areas of educational administration: academic affairs, personnel management, budget management, and general administration. The findings indicate that Artificial Intelligence plays a significant role in enhancing the efficiency of educational administration in multiple dimensions, including educational data analysis, prediction of student achievement, reduction of teachers’ administrative workload, and support for data-driven decision-making. The analysis is grounded in the conceptual framework of digital-era educational administration and digital leadership. However, the implementation of AI requires careful consideration of administrators’ digital leadership, along with ethical issues, transparency, and equity in access to technology, to maximize benefits for educational organizations.
