Abstract

This academic article aims to examine the development of school administrators and teachers in Thailand in order to promote the establishment of internationally recognized schools. These schools play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of education and responding to the rapid changes of the modern world. The primary focus is on equipping school administrators with a clear vision and modern management skills, enabling them to lead schools effectively. At the same time, it emphasizes the enhancement of teachers' pedagogical competencies and their ability to integrate technology into instruction. This dual approach to development will ensure that students receive a high-quality education and are well-prepared for the digital age. Additionally, the article highlights the importance of curriculum improvement aligned with international standards and the integration of technology in learning assessment to increase the effectiveness of student evaluation. Another key factor is the fostering of collaboration among schools, communities, and various sectors, which creates opportunities for sustainable school development. Consequently, the advancement of internationally recognized schools in Thailand requires a collective effort from all stakeholders to improve the education system and meet the societal needs of the future.
