Abstract

         This research aims to study the welfare needs of low-income elderly individuals in the jurisdiction of the Takhram En - Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kanchanaburi Province, and to propose development approaches to address these needs. The study employs a quantitative research methodology with in Kanchanaburi Province. The sample population for this study consists of 2,772 individuals, from which a sample size of 343 participants was selected. Data were collected using questionnaires. The research findings indicate that most respondents are between the ages of 60 - 69 and are engaged in agricultural occupations. They have significant welfare needs, particularly in terms of healthcare services for the elderly.       The study recommends support for elderly welfare, including healthcare services,income generation initiatives, and the development of appropriate public infrastructure to accommodate the needs of elderly individuals.

The purposes of this research were to study the welfare needs of low income elderly in Takram - en Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kanchanaburi Province and recommend for the development guideline of welfare for low income elderly in Takram - en Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Kanchanaburi Province. The population were 2,772 elderly in Takram - en Sub-district Administrative Organization, Kanchanaburi Province the samples were 343 people The research instrument was a questionnaire and the data were analyzed in terms of : frequency, percentage, mean (X̅) and standard deviation (S.D)
