DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIVE LEARNING MANAGEMENT CAPABILITY FOR QUALITY SCHOOLS WITH PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY (PLC) PROCESS OF TEACHERS IN WANGCHAN SUB-DISTRICT, THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE PHITSANULOK UTTARADIT

This research aims to 1) develop the ability to manage active learning towards a quality school through the process of professional learning communities of teachers in Wangchan Sub-district, Office of the Secondary Education Area, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, and 2) study the results of organizing active learning activities from teachers in Wangchan Sub-district, Office of the Secondary Education Area, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit after being developed through the process of professional learning communities. The sample group was 150 teachers in Wangchan Sub-district, Office of the Secondary Education Area, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit. There were 2 types of research instruments: assessment forms and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using statistics for the mean () and standard deviation (S.D.). The research results found that:
1. The ability to manage active learning towards a quality school reflects the driving force of the development of teachers' learning management quality through the process of professional learning communities (PLC), which is an important mechanism for linking teachers' knowledge and experiences together, according to the research results at the highest level. When comparing the first and second times, the difference in the mean is 1.47.
- The results of organizing active learning activities are using policy innovations and management processes to develop schools to change in culture, support active learning management, and be ready to face challenges in the digital age effectively.
