Abstract

        This research aims to 1) study the factors affecting the success of the administration and development of the organization of Tha Khanun Subdistrict Municipality, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province, and 2) provide guidelines for administration and development for other organizations in the future. This is a quantitative research study with a research framework using the concept of human resource management. The sample group used in this research is personnel of Tha Khanun Subdistrict Municipality, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province, totaling 77 people and 24 samples. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection and analysis using specific sampling methods such as mean and standard deviation. The research results found that 1) The level of factors affecting success is at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of membership and being part of the organization had the highest average participation in the organization's activities (equation= 4.71 and S.D. = 0.54). 2) Present guidelines for organizational development. When considering the average values ​​of each aspect, it was found that the aspects with the highest to lowest average scores were: 1. Membership and being part of the organization (equation= 4.71) 2. Nature of work Having knowledge and understanding of the duties that have been given (equation= 4.63) 3. In terms of effort and dedication to work in order to achieve the organization's objectives, strictly following the organization's policies (equation= 4.63) 4. In terms of feeling proud when hearing other people talk about the organization in a good way (equation= 4.63) 5. In terms of stability and advancement (equation= 4.42)
