Abstract

The number of disabled people in Thai society is increasing, but there is no development of innovations that use technology to develop service systems. This has led to problems with the following scope and impacts: 1) Impact on the disabled because problems caused by disability will affect their daily lives, both physical and mental health. 2) Impact on caregivers who have to take on the burden of caring for disabled people beyond their capabilities, affecting both their bodies and minds, because caring for one disabled person requires people, money, and time. 3) Communities and society will have to bear the burden of caring for abandoned disabled people more. 4) The country will lose more budget and manpower to care for disabled people, affecting the country's holistic development. Therefore, the development model for disabled people has been adjusted with technology so that disabled people can access the readiness of the system and equipment to support it. There is a Metaverse E-Learning Room for disabled people to have experience and be able to talk to others without having to travel to the activity room as follows: 1) To meet with officers or doctors (doctors come to check through the system every month) 2) To be able to turn on the camera to talk and see each other's faces. 3) Organize activities to move the body and therapeutic activities that create good mental health. 4) To be able to allow visitors to talk to disabled people. (such as a system for encouraging students through VR glasses) 5) Create a realistic atmosphere of the place as desired 6) Overcome the limitations of personnel shortages 7) Can be used with VR glasses and computers 8) It is a way to create an image for the organization.
