บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนแบบมีส่วนร่วมจากเครือข่ายสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 โดยศึกษาแนวคิดการพัฒนารูปแบบ ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาเป็นกรอบการวิจัย แหล่งข้อมูลในการวิจัยคือเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน ที่เลือกมาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มี 3 ชนิด คือ 1) แบบบันทึก 2) แบบประเมินร่างรูปแบบ 3) แบบประเมินร่างคู่มือการใช้รูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีองค์ประกอบหลัก 6 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการของรูปแบบ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ 3) เนื้อหาของรูปแบบ 4) กระบวนการดำเนินงาน 5) การวัดประเมินผล 6) เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ โดยผลการสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด องค์ความรู้จากงานวิจัยนี้คือสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาอื่นๆ ได้ และการพัฒนารูปแบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพจะช่วยส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น
