Factors Affecting High Performance Organization in School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Sukhothai

Abstract

          This research aimed to: 1) study the high performance organization characteristics of schools under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, 2) examine factors affecting high performance organization in schools, 3) investigate the relationships between factors affecting high performance organization and the actual high performance organization characteristics of schools, and 4) develop a predictive equation for factors affecting high performance organization in schools. The sample consisted of 305 school administrators and teachers, including 27 school administrators selected through purposive sampling and 278 teachers selected through stratified random sampling by school clusters. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and standard multiple regression analysis. The research findings revealed that:

1. The level of high performance organization in schools under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office was overall at a high level.
2. The level of factors affecting high performance organization in schools under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office was overall at a high level.
3. The correlation coefficients between factors affecting high performance organization in schools under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office ranged from 0.783 to 0.842.

4.The standard multiple regression analysis of factors affecting high performance organization in schools under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office revealed that two factors significantly influenced high performance organization at the .05 level of statistical significance: digital leadership factor (X1) and human resource management factor (X2). These factors affected the high performance organization of schools under the Sukhothai Secondary Educational Service Area Office, with the following predictive equations:

Raw Score Prediction Equation = 0.390 + 0.377 (X₁) + 0.495 (X₂)

Standardized Score Prediction Equation = 0.346 (X₁) + 0.503 (X₂)
