Author Guidelines

Manuscript Review and Selection

Each manuscript is reviewed by three qualified reviewers. Manuscripts submitted by external authors are evaluated by both internal and external experts, while manuscripts submitted by internal authors are evaluated by experts from outside the journal’s host institution. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant field, and all manuscripts must receive approval from the editorial board prior to publication.

The journal adopts a double-blind peer review process, in which reviewers do not know the authors’ identities and authors do not know the reviewers’ identities.
