About the Journal
Publication Policy and Scope
The Journal of Innovation in Administration and Educational Management is an academic journal dedicated to disseminating scholarly and research works in the social sciences by faculty members, researchers, scholars, students, and the general public. The journal focuses on interdisciplinary and integrative studies in the fields of educational administration innovation, educational innovation, business administration innovation, public and private sector management innovation, and other related areas within the social sciences.
Authors are required to strictly adhere to research ethics and must not infringe upon or plagiarize the works of others. The journal employs the CopyCatch plagiarism detection system on the ThaiJO platform, and the similarity index of submitted manuscripts must not exceed 25%.

Manuscript Review and Selection Process
Each manuscript is reviewed by three peer reviewers. Manuscripts submitted by external authors are evaluated by both internal and external experts, whereas manuscripts submitted by internal authors are evaluated by experts from outside the journal’s host institution. All reviewers are selected based on their expertise relevant to the manuscript’s field and the manuscripts must receive approval from the editorial board prior to publication.
The journal adopts a double-blind peer review process, in which reviewers do not know the authors’ identities and authors do not know the reviewers’ identities. The entire review process is conducted through the ThaiJO system.

Article Processing Charges
There is no publication fee. However, if an author withdraws a manuscript after it has been reviewed by the reviewers, or fails to revise the manuscript according to the specified requirements, a processing fee of 3,000 THB will be charged.

Copyright and Licensing
The journal places strong emphasis on copyright protection and licensing in order to safeguard authors’ rights and to ensure appropriate dissemination of published works. The journal’s policy is based on the principles of openness, accessibility, and proper attribution. Authors retain the copyright of their works, and all articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which permits sharing, adaptation, and reuse with appropriate attribution.
Authors are encouraged to publish their works under the CC BY license, which allows wide reuse and redistribution. The journal also supports the deposition of articles in third-party repositories, subject to institutional and funding requirements. The author guidelines specify the copyright and licensing requirements, ensuring that authors are informed of their rights and obligations. This policy defines the framework for collaboration, openness, and responsible sharing, benefiting both authors and the research community, while at the same time safeguarding intellectual property rights.
