Welfare Fund Management of Hongsaeng Sub-district, Loengnoktha District, Yasothon Province

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to study management of community welfare fund and to compare the participation of management community welfare fund in Hongsaeng sub-district, Loengnoktha district, Yasothon province. This research is quantitative research. The sample of this study are 341 community enterprises memberships in Hongsaeng sub-district and older by using Taro Yamane method. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by statistical package using descriptive statistical analysis, including frequency, percentage, mean standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The results of the research revealed that: 1) The memberships of community enterprises in Hongsaeng sub-district, have the opinion on community enterprise management in overall at high level. Considering in each aspect, they have the opinions on community enterprise management at high level in every aspects, arranging order from the highest to the lowest as the following: controlling aspect, organizing aspect, planning aspect, and administration aspect. 2) The memberships of community enterprises classified by educational background, occupation and their average income by overall and all aspects, was not different. The memberships of community enterprises classified by sex is management of community welfare fund in administration aspect at the statistical significance level of 0.05. The memberships of community enterprises classified by ages is management of community welfare fund in planning aspect at the statistical significance level of 0.05
