Security Control of Village Based on Internet of Thing System

Abstract
The objectives of the research on security control of village based on Internet of Thing (IoT) system were to: 1) establish security control of village based on Internet of Thing system, 2) find the reliability of security control of village based on Internet of Thing system, and 3) study the user’s satisfaction on security control of village based on Internet of Thing system. The process started by employing IoT to control the electronic system and appliances in a village. In case of any houses, there is an alarming system sent to the village center. The system can also detect crime incident in the village. Node MCU is the control unit for various sensor system connected with the application on smartphone while warning system is performed through Sunshine Application and IoT Village Application on smartphone. The sample consisted of 30 people derived by purposive sampling technique to try the security system. The research instrument consisted of format for experts to evaluate the quality of the IoT security system, record form of the IoT security system operation, and the questionnaires on user’s satisfaction. The results showed that the experts reported high satisfaction towards the IoT security system with the precision of security warning and control of 100%. The users showed very high level on every aspect, i.e. structure and design, operation efficiency, and maintenance and safety which was the highest reported aspect.
