Management Model of Administration of Thailand Future Professional Organization of Suratthani Technical College

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to: (1) develop a management model for the Thailand Future Professional Organization of Suratthani Technical College; (2) assess the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of stakeholders after training based on the developed model; (3) examine stakeholders’ satisfaction with the promotion and support of administrative factors in organizational operations; and (4) evaluate the operational outcomes of the developed management model. The sample consisted of 110 participants involved in the Thailand Future Professional Organization of Suratthani Technical College during the 2018 academic year, selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included a self-assessment form, a stakeholder satisfaction questionnaire, and a performance evaluation form. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The findings indicated that the developed management model comprised an executive committee appointed by the college and administrative management based on the 4M framework (Man, Money, Material, and Management) integrated with the PDCA process. Participants’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes after training were at a very high level. Stakeholders also reported the highest level of satisfaction with the administrative support provided for organizational operations. Furthermore, the evaluation of the organization’s performance at the regional level achieved the Gold Medal standard. The findings suggest that the proposed management model is effective and can serve as a practical guideline for improving the administration and performance of vocational student organizations in educational institutions.
