The development and improvement of the efficiency of the double-loop medical device lock.

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop a double-loop medical device lock, 2) test its effectiveness, and 3) examine user satisfaction. The research began with a review of related documents and studies to establish the conceptual framework for developing the double-loop medical device lock. A draft model was created, summarized, and outlined before developing research instruments. These included: a questionnaire for medical equipment experts, a performance test record form, and a user satisfaction questionnaire. All instruments were reviewed and validated by research specialists.
Five purposively selected medical equipment experts were invited to evaluate the drafted design of the double-loop medical device lock. Their feedback was used to refine and improve the device. The final prototype was then tested for efficiency and evaluated by 15 medical equipment users at Vachira Phuket Hospital, who were also purposively selected.
The research findings showed that expert opinions on the double-loop medical device lock were, on average, at a very good level. Performance testing revealed that the device, made from 316L stainless steel, could withstand temperatures up to 200°C and could securely hold 24 ring-type medical instruments with a total weight of 1.5 kilograms. User satisfaction with the double-loop medical device lock was also rated, on average, at a very good level.
