Objective
The objective of the journal is to serve as an academic learning resource, providing researchers, scholars, and the general public with opportunities to publish and disseminate academic articles.

Scopes of journal
The journal covers the following areas:
- Innovative Teaching and Learning
- Innovation and Educational Technology
- Curriculum Development and Learning Design
- Assessment and Evaluation in Education
- Educational Administration and Management
- Educational Psychology and Guidance
- Lifelong Learning and Self-Directed Learning
(Online submissions will be accepted through the system starting from October 1, 2025, onwards.)

Publication Schedule
The journal is published 3 issues per year as follows:
- Issue 1: January – April
- Issue 2: May – August
- Issue 3: September – December

Types of Articles
The journal accepts 2 types of articles: Research Articles and Academic Articles. Submissions are welcomed in both Thai and English.

Publication Conditions
1. Preliminary Review
    🔵 The article must fall within the defined scope of the journal.
    🔵 The manuscript must strictly adhere to the formatting guidelines specified in the Instructions for Authors.
    🔵 The article must not have been previously published in any other journal or publication, nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
    🔵All data, figures, tables, and content must explicitly cite their sources or have obtained necessary permission from the copyright owner.
    🔵 All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
    🔵 Articles using AI must comply with the journal's AI policy.

2. Peer Review Process
Once the manuscript passes the preliminary review, it will be sent for quality evaluation to at least two external peer reviewers who possess relevant expertise and are affiliated with diverse institutions. The review process is conducted as a Double-Blind Peer Review, meaning both the reviewers' and authors' identities are kept concealed from each other.

3. Final Decision
To be accepted for publication, the article must be approved by at least two reviewers, and the authors must fully revise the manuscript in accordance with all recommendations provided by the reviewers and the editor. The final decision is firmly based on Publication Ethics, aligning with the ethical standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the announcements of the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI) Centre regarding the ethical and behavioral evaluation of Thai academic journals in the TCI database.
