GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATION IN THE BANGLAMUNG SCHOOL GROUP 3 UNDER THE CHONBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

The independent study aimed 1) to study the current and desired states of student affairs administration in the Banglamung School Group 3 under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; and 2) to propose guidelines for student affairs administration in the Banglamung School Group 3 under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.The sample group consisted of 175 school administrators and teachers under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research instrument was a questionnaire, which had a content validity index ranging from 0.67  to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.993 The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNI_modified and Content analysis.

The research found that the current state of student affairs administration was at a high level, while the desirable state was at the highest level. The guidelines for student affairs administration in the Bang Lamung school group 3 under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3 include: 1) The implementation of promoting democracy in schools 2) The promotion of student discipline, morality, and ethics 3) Planning in student affairs administration
