The research employed a qualitative synthesis methodology, analyzing 30 theses and dissertations in the field of education, both domestic and international, conducted between 2015 and 2025. Data collection instruments included a research characteristic recording form and a research synthesis form. Data analysis involved frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.</p> <p>The findings revealed that: (1) The factors influencing the quality of basic education management include school leadership, teaching personnel, curriculum, student characteristics, learning environment, and community and parental involvement. (2) The quality of basic education is defined as the level of success in learning management, reflected in educational outcomes at the primary level, which result from collaboration among school administrators, teachers, students, communities, and parents. Data used in this research were drawn from 343 questionnaires of teachers and school administrators by multi-stage random sampling technique. The following statistics were computed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression&nbsp; correlation coefficient.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Research results were as follows: 1) The level of using school-based management system, information system management, and students’ quality at secondary schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 42 was at a high level when comparing with the established criteria; 2) The relationship coefficients, among school-based management system, information system management, and students’ quality, were as significant positive moderate level; and 3) As a result of factors affecting students’ quality, 10 out of all 54 issues as crucial factors that could predict students’ quality at 67.20 percent and at the .01 level of significance. Also, the best predictor as “presenting data and information in terms of appropriate, clear, short, direct to student’s needs, and convenience to application” was found. The sample consisted of 131 school administrators and teachers from the Primary Educational Service Area Office Samut Prakan 1. Data collection instruments included questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The research sample, on factors of educational information system administration affecting the effectiveness of satellite-based distance learning management, was conducted using purposive sampling. The sample group used in the research was 400 people in Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani Province, aged 18 years and over. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. Part 1) was a questionnaire about the four principles of social welfare with a reliability value of 0.92. Part 2) was a questionnaire about political communication with a reliability value of 0.97.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results of the research found that 1) the people in Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani Province had the highest opinions on the four principles of social welfare in general and in each aspect. In terms of the principle of atthachariya, the people behaved well, were kind, and friendly to each other. They were helpful, helped with physical labor, and did public service. Both the benefits of helping to solve problems and help each other improve and solve them well, and the principle of unity, acting to coordinate the group, to be united, and to be consistent. 2). People in Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani Province have opinions on the opinions of the study of the level of political communication of the people. Overall, it was found that the people behaved in terms of mass media at a high level, followed by people behaving in terms of people who receive information at a high level. As for the aspect with the lowest average value, it was the giving of people in political organizations at a high level. And 3). This research was a quantitative research. The sample consisted of teachers. The sample group used in this research was 272 teachers under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Rayong Area 2, academic year 2025. The number of schools selected was randomly selected by district using a simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.95. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The research results found that 1) the visionary leadership of school administrators in Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that being a good role model had the highest mean at a high level. 2) Academic administration found that overall academic administration was at a high level. 3) The correlation coefficient between visionary leadership and academic administration of administrators was at a high level. The relationship in each aspect found that 1. Visionary leadership was at a high level (rxy = 0.847). When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level of relationship. This research was quantitative. The sample consisted of 145 teachers of the schools for expanding educational opportunities. The research instruments were a questionnaire for general information of the respondents and a checklist for personal status. The academic administration variables were measured using a 5-point Likert scale with a reliability of 0.87.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The research results revealed that: 1) Academic administration of schools for expanding educational opportunities was at a high level overall.
