The Objectives of this Research were 1) Study the level of management style Under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area Bangkok Area 1, 2) To study the level of effectiveness of educational institutions, 3) To study the relationship between Management model and school Effectiveness under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area Bangkok Area 1and 4) Study the administrative model that affects the effectiveness of the school Under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area Bangkok Area 1. Examples used in this research study were teachers Under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area Bangkok Area 1 Academic Year 2020 using the sample size tables of Crazy and Morgan. This research was a quantitative research. The samples used in the research were 322 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.97. Data were analyzed using a ready-made computer program by distributing frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and testing for pairwise differences using Scheffe's method.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The research results found that 1) the administrative skills of school administrators were at a high level overall, and 2) the results of comparing the administrative skills of school administrators classified by gender, age, and work experience were not different overall and in each area. This research was a quantitative research. The sample group used in this research were 106 out of 138 school administrators and teachers in 12 schools in the Srinakarin Network, under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Phatthalung. The samples were obtained by opening the Krejcie and Morgan table and then using the Simple Random Sampling method to determine the sample proportion of school administrators and teachers in each school by drawing lots. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Part 1 was the level of transformational leadership practice of administrators with 59 items. Part 2 was the level of academic competence practice of administrators with 20 items, with a reliability of 0.95. The number of schools was randomly selected by each district using stratified random sampling. Then, the sample group was randomly selected according to the proportion of the population of each school in 3 districts: Khao Chamao District, Klaeng District, Wang Chan District, and then the simple random sampling method was used by drawing lots. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.98.
