The sample size was determined using the Krejcie & Morgan (1970) table, followed by proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (SD.), and t-test for hypothesis testing., The research findings were as follows: 1) The operation of the student care and support system by school administrators in Mueang 2 School Group, under Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, was found to be at a high level overall. When considering individual aspects, the aspect of knowing students individually was found to be at the highest level. The other four aspects were at a high level, ranked by their means from highest to lowest as follows: student screening, student promotion and development, student referral, and prevention and problem-solving. 2) The comparison of the operation of the student care and support system revealed that: Educational levels: Teachers with different educational levels had statistically significant differences in their opinions toward the overall operation at the .05 level. For individual aspects, most showed no significant differences, except for student screening and student promotion and development, which showed statistically significant differences at the .05 level. The sample group was divided into two phases: Phase 1 consisted of 56 teachers, personnel, and stakeholders, with the sample size determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s formula and selected through simple random sampling. Phase 2 involved experts in happiness creation. The instruments used were a rating scale questionnaire The reliability coefficient for the entire instrument is 0.97 and a semi-structured interview. Statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and content analysis.</p> <p> The research findings were as follows: 1) Overall Happy Workplace Level: The overall status of being a happy organization was at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was "Happy Worker," followed by "Interpersonal Relations in the Workplace," and "Pleasant Work Environment," respectively. 2) Comparison by Age: The results indicated no significant differences in the Happy Workplace status when classified by age. 3) Guidelines for Development: The guidelines for transforming Ban Sai Thong School into a happy organization include focusing on reducing redundant workloads through digital systems and implementing "Digital Wellness program " to specifically improve personnel well-being. The school should provide training for mental health lead teachers to create a reliable peer-support system and promote "Happy Friday Micro-Activities" to strengthen relationships and reduce organizational stress. Furthermore, the school should improve the physical environment and adopt flexible management styles to prevent burnout, allowing teachers to balance professional development with family care. The research instrument was a transformational leadership questionnaire based on the concepts of Bass and Avolio. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and tests of difference.</p> <p>The results revealed that the overall level of transformational leadership of administrators was high. Transformational leadership levels classified by work experience were not significantly different. The study was conducted in two phases. Phase 1 involved quantitative data collection from 59 participants, including teachers, educational personnel, school board members, and parent network members for the 2025 academic year. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan formula, with participants selected through proportional and simple random sampling. Phase 2 involved qualitative data collection through semi-structured interviews with experts in media and innovation management. The instruments used were a rating scale questionnaire and a semi-structured interview form. Data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA, and content analysis.</p> <p>The study revealed that the overall level of media and innovation management at Surao Thap Chang School was at a "High" level. When considering each aspect individually, the rankings from highest to lowest were Media Management, Information Technology Management, Learning Resources Management, and Local Wisdom Management, respectively. The comparative analysis based on educational levels showed no significant differences. Regarding management guidelines, the school should emphasize establishing clear policies, creating technological support systems, continuously developing personnel potential, and implementing systematic monitoring and evaluation to cover staff across all educational levels. The sample consisted of 52 teachers from Jindabamrung School, in the academic year 2025. A semi-structured interview was conducted with three environmental experts. The research instruments included two types: a rating-scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.961, and a semi-structured interview form. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). When significant differences were found, pairwise comparisons were conducted using Scheffé’s method. Content analysis was also employed.</p> <p> The results revealed that: (1) the overall level of environmental management at Jindabamrung School was at a high level; (2) there were no statistically significant differences in environmental management when classified by work experience; and (3) the school should promote a safety culture and implement a comprehensive waste management system, develop emergency referral systems in collaboration with external networks, and conduct risk assessments along with accident statistics reporting to improve the environment. In terms of physical environment, activity areas should be separated from learning areas, clear traffic signs and pedestrian crossings should be installed, and noise levels should be monitored using measuring tools alongside planting green buffer zones.
