The Development of the Powers and Operations of the Election Commission in Adjudicating Cases

Abstract
The operations of committees have often been criticized for delays and a lack of transparency. This study employed a documentary research methodology to examine, analyze, and synthesize information from books, documents, academic articles, records, publications, and electronic media from both domestic and international sources.
The findings revealed that enhancing public confidence requires the use of technology as a tool to facilitate information disclosure and transparency in operational procedures, promote public participation, and enable oversight by external organizations outside the government sector.
Furthermore, the adoption of technology in operational processes can help accelerate the investigation and adjudication of complaints concerning corruption. For example, artificial intelligence can be employed to assist in the analysis and management of evidence in the investigation of election-related corruption cases.
