การพัฒนาอำนาจและการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้ง ในด้านการวินิจฉัยคดีให้มีความโปร่งใสและรวดเร็ว

บทคัดย่อ
การดำเนินการของคณะกรรมการมักมีเกิดคำวิพากวิจารณ์ในประเด็นความล่าช้าและความไม่โปร่งใส งานวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเอกสารที่ได้ทำการศึกษาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากหนังสือ เอกสาร บทความ บันทึก สิ่งพิมพ์ สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การเพิ่มความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชน คือ การนำเทคโนโลยีเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยในการเปิดข้อมูลและขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนและการตรวจสอบจากหน่วยงานภายนอกที่ไม่ใช่องค์กรของรัฐ
นอกจากนี้ การนำเทคโนโลยีมาปรับใช้ในการดำเนินงานจะช่วยให้การสืบสวนและการวินิจฉัยคำร้องทุจริตดำเนินการได้เร็วขึ้น อาทิเช่น การใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ช่วยวิเคราะห์และการจัดการหลักฐานในการสืบสวนสอบสวนคดีทุจริตการเลือกตั้ง
