บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์และบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ด้านทฤษฎีการบัญชีอย่างเป็นระบบ และพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดที่เพิ่มศักยภาพในการอธิบายและพยากรณ์ปรากฏการณ์ทางการบัญชีในบริบทของการเปลี่ยนผ่านทางดิจิทัลและความยั่งยืน การศึกษาใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร (Documentary Research) ร่วมกับการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ (Systematic Literature Review: SLR) วิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และการสังเคราะห์เชิงอุปนัย (Inductive Synthesis) โดยจำแนกทฤษฎีการบัญชีออกเป็นสามกลุ่ม ได้แก่ ทฤษฎีกระแสหลัก (Mainstream Accounting Theory) ทฤษฎีเศรษฐศาสตร์องค์กร (Organizational Economics Theory) และทฤษฎีสังคม-สถาบัน (Socio-Institutional Theory) ผลการสังเคราะห์ชี้ให้เห็นว่าทฤษฎีการบัญชีแต่ละกลุ่มมีจุดแข็งและข้อจำกัดเฉพาะตัว และมิได้ดำรงอยู่อย่างแยกส่วน หากแต่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงพลวัตและเสริมพลังซึ่งกันและกันในการอธิบายมาตรฐานการบัญชี พฤติกรรมของผู้บริหาร การเปิดเผยข้อมูล กลไกกำกับดูแล และการตอบสนองต่อแรงกดดันเชิงสถาบัน บทความจึงเสนอ กรอบพลวัตบูรณาการทฤษฎีการบัญชี (Integrated Dynamic Framework of Accounting Theories: IDFAT) เป็นองค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่เชื่อมโยงบทบาทของทฤษฎีในสามมิติ ได้แก่ (1) การกำหนดบรรทัดฐานทางบัญชี (2) การอธิบายและพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง และ (3) การปรับตัวต่อบริบทดิจิทัล ความยั่งยืน และแรงกดดันเชิงสถาบัน กรอบ IDFAT มิได้แทนที่ทฤษฎีเดิม แต่ยกระดับการวิเคราะห์จากแบบแยกส่วนไปสู่การอธิบายปรากฏการณ์ทางการบัญชีเชิงระบบและเชิงพลวัต โดยเฉพาะประเด็นปัญญาประดิษฐ์ บล็อกเชน ระบบสารสนเทศทางการบัญชีแบบเรียลไทม์ การรายงานความยั่งยืน และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาภิบาล ซึ่งสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการวิจัย การปฏิบัติทางวิชาชีพบัญชี และการกำหนดนโยบายในยุคดิจิทัลและความยั่งยืนได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
