Abstract

Education is a tool for sustainable development. A society with sustainable development must rely on education as a mechanism for implementation. The strategies for managing education to achieve the goal of human development for sustainable development involve successful administration and management of education at all levels as follows: (1) Basic Education (2) Vocational Education and         (3) Higher Education. The components of educational administration and management for sustainable development are as follows: (1) Curriculum development that promotes sustainability in economic, social, and environmental aspects at all educational levels, both in formal and non-formal education systems. (2) Development of administrators to become leaders in Education 4.0 era. (3) Development of teachers to become professional educators (Professional). (4) Development of students to achieve competencies (Competencies). (5) Management of educational administration budget. (6)Development of educational management system efficiency. (7) Promotion and support of facilities for research and innovation development to enhance the country's competitive capabilities to sustainable development education.
