Innovation of Student Affairs Management of Protpittayapayat School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop a student affairs management innovation at Protpittayapayat School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, 2) evaluate the appropriateness of the innovation, and 3) assess user satisfaction. This study employed a mixed-methods research design. The sample consisted of 106 teachers and educational personnel, 340 students, and 340 parents at Protpittayapayat School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 in the academic year 2023. The research instruments were appropriateness assessment forms and satisfaction questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation, along with content analysis. The findings revealed that the student affairs management innovation at Protpittayapayat School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 comprised a web application and mobile application called "PROT CARE" for student affairs management. The evaluation of the innovation's appropriateness showed the highest level of suitability overall. Additionally, the satisfaction assessment results from teachers, educational personnel, and students indicated the highest level of satisfaction overall.
