The DEVELOPMENT OF PARTICIPATORY LEARNING MATERIALS IN THE MODEL COMMUNITY LEARNING AREA FOR COMMUNITY LAB MODEL FOR QUALITY OF LIFE (CLM) OF SUB-DISTRICT.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the problems and needs in developing learning media with community participation in the CLM plot area, Mae Raka Subdistrict, Wang Thong District, Phitsanulok Province. 2) Develop community-participatory learning media to promote public learning. Using action research methods, combined with qualitative and quantitative research, the target group of 20 people consisted of 2 facilitators per learning base for 9 bases, totaling 18 people, and 2 community development office staff from the district/province. The sample group of 30 people consisted of students and general public in Wang Thong District who came to learn in the CLM plot.

               The research results found that:

1. Problems and needs in developing participatory learning media with the community in the CLM plot area, Mae Raka Subdistrict, Wang Thong District, Phitsanulok Province, consist of 3 aspects: 1) Physical area conditions, 2) Management, 3) Service provision.
2. Learning materials were created in the CLM plot area in Mae Raka Subdistrict, consisting of 131 knowledge signboards and 12 demonstration and practical learning materials, as well as digital learning materials that compile video and infographic media in the form of QR codes, totaling 9 data sets. From the development of these learning materials, it was found that learners were highly satisfied with the learning materials within the CLM plot ( =4.63, S.D.=0.58), highly satisfied with the academic knowledge and understanding gained at each learning station ( =4.64, S.D.=0.59), and highly satisfied with the application of the knowledge gained ( =4.73, S.D.=0.51)
