Abstract
This study aims to (1) examine the current state and challenges of public learning activities by the Community Development Learning Center Lampang, (2) analyze factors affecting their effectiveness, and (3) propose practical development guidelines. Using a mixed-methods approach—quantitative data from 150 respondents and participatory action research (PAR) with 40 farmers
the study found that learning activities lack alignment with community needs, particularly in modern agriculture, organic practices, and communication. Success factors include relevant content, community involvement, and skilled facilitators, while barriers involve inconsistency and limited learning flexibility. Suggested improvements involve organic rice farming curricula, hands-on and peer learning, and simple tech tools like video and LINE for ongoing engagement.
