Burnout management in government agencies

Abstract

Burnout is a significant mental health problem with significant impacts. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines it as a symptom caused by chronic work stress. The Burnout Management Project aims to provide guidelines for systematic, comprehensive, and effective human resource development. The project aims to raise awareness of burnout in public sector organizations, prevent human resource burnout, and promote human resource development within public sector organizations. The project utilizes a questionnaire survey of a sample of public sector personnel to analyze and summarize the results.

              Expected results: To enable public sector personnel to have knowledge and understanding of burnout at work, to cope with burnout at work for themselves and their colleagues, to be able to work happily, resulting in a good environment and an efficient organization.
