Abstract

agricultural learning center “Bang Pan” vegetable garden and studying community funds. (2) create           a model for developing an agricultural learning center “Bang Pan” vegetable garden on community funds.           (3) Evaluate the model for developing an agricultural learning center “Bang Pan” vegetable garden based           on community funds. It is a Participatory Action Research. using regulations Qualitative research methods          the informants in the research are those involved in driving the work or having a stake in the operation of          the agricultural learning center “Bang Pan” vegetable garden. Ban Thalung Lek Community, Village No. 5,        Tha Luang Subdistrict, Tha Ruea District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, totaling 15 people, using         the purposive selection method. The research results found that, Problems and obstacles in developing           the learning center are (1) location (2) environment of the learning center (3) knowledge management           (4) budget (5) low youth participation (6) no operational plan. (7) lack of knowledge acquisition and                  (8) inconsistent support from government and private agencies. and there is a need to develop 8 issues           (1) an appropriate area environment (2) the development of knowledge and skills (3) knowledge management needs (4) solving the drought problem (5) development Buildings and facilities (6) Developing and expanding the center's products (7) Receiving budget assistance from both government and private agencies (8) Youth or people of working age taking part in the work. And it was found that the Ban Thalung Lek community had community capital that could be used as a base for developing an agricultural learning center. “Bang Pan” vegetable garden 5 aspects of capital: human capital, social capital, natural capital, physical capital, and financial capital 2.
