บทคัดย่อ

The objectives of this research were  1) To study the training process based on a curriculum for change agent for strategic transformation leadership.  2) To analyze data for after action review based on a curriculum for change agent for strategic transformation leadership.  3) To define the development of a training model based on a curriculum for change agent for strategic transformation leadership of the community development and study center - Udonthani. This research using a qualitative research.  To the process by means of document studies, interviews, observations and group discussions. And target groups and key informants total of trainees 645 people. Total of person responsible for training 15 people with were selected by purposive sampling.

The results led to findings as follows: The training process is divided into 3 areas. divided into;                1) Before training 2) During training 3) After training. To the evaluation results of satisfaction with the training program in 4 areas. together with; Speaker side, curriculum side, trainee side and service. Overall evaluation results at the highest level. (Mean = 4.38, S.D. = 0.47) together with; The side with the highest average was the speaker side, which was at the highest level. (Mean = 4.42, S.D. = 0.47) The aspect with the lowest average is the service aspect, which was at the highest level. (Mean = 4.27 , S.D. = 0.68) This is consistent with the results of the analysis of the data reviewed after training was organized (AAR).

The development of a training model based on a curriculum for change agent for strategic transformation leadership. found that; There is a plan to control the quality of operations for efficiency (PDCA). divided into; Plan - DO - Check - Act

It can be defined as an appropriate training format in 4 steps as follows:

1) Before the training process, it consists of administrative work, budget, academics and evaluation Audiovisual equipment, facilities, management, and lecturers.

2) During the training process, starting from registration, orientation, training activities according to the teaching plan. Extra-curricular activities and training completion ceremony.

3) After the training process, it involves an after-training review (AAR), summarizing course evaluation results and project overview. Summary of observation results Prepare press releases and report on the results of training projects.

4) Follow up and evaluate those who have completed training, to evaluate the results obtained from the training. and report project results to the organization's executives.
