Abstract
หนังสือ “สติปัฏฐาน ๔ (ชุดโพธิปักขิยธรรม)” เล่มนี้ ถือว่าเป็นหนังสือเล่มที่หนึ่งจากหนังสือ ๕ เล่ม ซึ่ง ดร.สุภีร์ ทุมทอง ได้บรรยายปูพื้นให้มีความเห็นที่ตรง เพื่อที่จะให้ผู้ที่ได้ฟัง และได้อ่าน รู้จักธรรมะในกลุ่มโพธิปักขิยธรรมให้ถูกต้อง และทำให้มีขึ้น คือสิ่งที่เป็นพื้นฐานสำหรับความงอกงามของกุศลธรรมทั้งหลาย ซึ่งองค์สมเด็จพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้าตรัสสอนเอาไว้ ธรรมะที่เป็นเบื้องต้นของกุศลธรรมทั้งหลายมีอยู่ ๒ ประการ คือ ๑) ศีลที่บริสุทธิ์ดี ก็คือการงดเว้นทุจริตต่าง ๆ รู้จักว่าอันไหนไม่ดีก็งดเว้น อันไหนเป็นกรรมชั่ว เป็นทุจริต นำทุกข์มาให้ก็ให้งดเว้น งดเว้นกายทุจริต ๓ วจีทุจริต ๔ และมโนทุจริต ๓ นี้เรียกว่า ศีลที่บริสุทธิ์ดี และ๒) ความเห็นที่ตรง ก็คือให้มีความเห็นที่ตรง ถ้ามีความเห็นที่ตรงแล้ว การที่กุศลธรรมทั้งหลายเจริญก้าวหน้าก็เป็นไปได้ ถ้าความเห็นไม่ตรงแล้ว พื้นฐานไม่ดี ฉะนั้น ต้องมีความเห็นที่ตรง โดยเฉพาะความเห็นในเรื่องกรรมและผลของกรรม เชื่อมั่นเรื่องกรรมและผลของกรรม
