TECHNOLOGICAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER UTHAI THANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SEVICE AREA OFFICE 2 AS PERCEIVED BY ADMINISTRATORS AND TEACHERS
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study 1) To study the level of technological leadership of school administrators under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as perceived by school administrators and teachers. and 2) To compare the technological leadership of school administrators under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by age, work experience, and school size. The sample included 291 administrators and teachers (Academic Year 2025), determined via Krejcie and Morgan and selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire the content-objective consistency value is between 0.67 and 1.00. and a reliability was 0.95. Statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA.
The research findings revealed that: 1) The overall perspective of the technological leadership of school administrators under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level. 2) The comparison results of the technological leadership of school administrators under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by age and work experience, showed a statistically significant difference in the overall perspective at the .01 level; whereas, when classified by school size, the overall perspective showed no statistically significant difference, with the exception of the systematic improvement dimension, which exhibited a statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
