This research aimed to 1) study the level of creative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suphanburi 2) compare the creative leadership of school administrators classified by educational attainment, work experience, and school size. The research sample consisted of 313 teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suphanburi in the 2025 academic year. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table, and participants were selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. The instrument for data collection was a five-rating scale constructed questionnaire, those with a content-to-objective consistency value was 1.00. attached to its reliability of 0.95. The statistics used in analyzing quantitative data were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA (F – test)
The findings of independent study were as follows 1)The overall and individual aspects of creative leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Suphanburi were at the highest level, 2)The comparison of creative leadership among school administrators classified by educational attainment showed no statistically significant differences in both overall and individual aspects, 3)The comparison of creative leadership among school administrators classified by work experience showed no statistically significant differences in both overall and individual aspects , and 4)The comparison of creative leadership among school administrators classified by school size showed no statistically significant differences in both overall and individual aspects.
