CREATIVE THINKING THAT AFFECT TO ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE RAYONG PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE OFFICE AREA 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the Creativity of senior school administrators under the Rayong Primary Education Office Area 1  2) to study academic administration of school  administrators Under the Rayong Primary Education Office Area 1.  3) to study the relationship between creativity and academic administration of school administrators under the Rayong Primary Education Office Area 1 and  4) to study the relationship of creativity that affects academic administration of school administrators under the Rayong Primary Education Office Area 1. The sample group used in this research was the school administrators and teachers in educational institutions. under the Rayong Primary education Office Area 1 academic year 2562, the sample was 451 people  randomly selected the number of schools separated by district by simple random sampling by random sampling according to the proportion of population in each district and school, then using the simple random Sampling method by lottery. The instrument used in this research was  5 level rating scale questionnaire with Cronbach’s Alpha coeffient alpha coefficient with the reliability  was 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, Mean and standard deviation (S.D.), analysis of correlation coefficient (Correlations analysis) analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and  stewise multiple regression analysis.  

          The results of the research showed that. 1) The Creative level that affects the Academic administration of school administrators Under the Rayong primary education Office Area 1 Found that the overall was at a high level (= 4.11). When considering each aspect, it was found that the most was the flexibility in thinking High level (= 4.15) next was fluency in thinking. Was at the high level (=4.11) and the lowest was the initiative high level    (= 4.09).        2) The level of Academic administration of school administrators under the Rayong Primary education Office Area 1, the overall was at a high level (= 4.19). When considering each aspect, It was found that the most was the development of learning process high level (= 4.29), the development of the quality assurance system. Within the school was high level (= 4.24) and the lowest was research for improving educational quality at high level (= 4.09). 3) The results of the correlation coefficient analysis between creativity and academic administration of school administrators under the Rayong primary education Office Area 1, overall, it was at a medium level (r_xy = 0.62, and there was a significant positive relationship at .01 level.  When considering the Relationships in each area, found that the relationship in the range between was 0.37 - 0.62.      4) the correlation coefficient between creativity which results in academic administration of school administrators under the Rayong Primary education Office Area 1,  It was found that the variables that could explain the variations affecting the academic administration of the school administrators under the Rayong Primary education Office Area 1, there were 2 variables, originality and thoughtfulness Which can explain the variation that affects the academic administration of the school  as  a whole was 38.90 percent (R² = 0 .389) with statistical significance at the level of .01. able to create forecasting equations in the form of raw scores, was = 2.053 + 0.335(x₄)  + 0.187(x₁) And can create forecasting equations in the form of standard scores was = 0.436(x₄)   + 0.231(x₁).
