THE 21ST CENTURY LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE MIN-BURI DISTRICT OFFICE, BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATION

This study aimed to 1) examine the 21st century leadership of school administrators in Min Buri District, Bangkok, and 2) compare the 21st century leadership of school administrators in Min Buri District, Bangkok, categorized by educational level, work experience, and school size. The sample consisted of 198 teachers working in schools under the Min Buri District Office, Bangkok. Stratified random sampling using the Krejcie and Morgan sampling table was employed. The research instrument was a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire with with an index of congruence between content and objectives ranging from 0.67 to 1.00.and a reliability coefficient was 0.99. Statistical analyses included percentages, means, standard deviations, t-tests, and one-way ANOVA.
The results showed that 1) The overall 21st century leadership of school administrators in Min Buri District, Bangkok, was at a high level. When considering each aspect, information technology, creativity, interpersonal skills, and strategic management were all at a high level. 2) A comparison of opinions among teachers with different educational levels regarding
the overall 21st century leadership of school administrators showed statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level. When considering each aspect, strategic management, interpersonal skills, and information technology showed statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level, while creativity showed no significant difference. 3) A comparison of opinions among teachers with different work experience
