Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the level of work motivation among teachers in educational institutions and 2) compare the work motivation of teachers in educational institutions classified by educational level and work experience. The sample consisted of 296 school administrators and teachers, selected using the Krejcie-Morgan table and then randomly sampled using proportional simple random sampling. The research instrument was a checklist questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.99. The statistical methods used to analyze the data included mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.

The research findings revealed that: 1) An analysis of teachers' work motivation in educational institutions showed an overall high level of opinion. 2) A comparative analysis of teachers' work motivation in educational institutions, categorized by educational level, showed a statistically significant difference .01 levels between school administrators and teachers with different educational. 3) A comparative analysis of teachers' work motivation in educational institutions, categorized by work experience, showed statistically significant differences .01 levels in teachers' work motivation.
