การศึกษาอัตลักษณ์ของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ลาวในพื้นที่จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มุ่งศึกษาอัตลักษณ์ชาติพันธุ์ลาวในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นมาของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ลาวในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ 2) เพื่อนำเสนออัตลักษณ์ที่โดดเด่นของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ลาวในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยใช้วิธีศึกษาจากเอกสาร แล้วนำเสนอในรูปแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ลาวในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ แต่เดิมได้อพยพลงมาทางตอนใต้ของประเทศลาวก่อนจะมีการตั้งเมืองขุขันธ์ในปัจจุบัน ได้ตั้งหลักถิ่นฐานกระจายออกไปทั่วทุกพื้นที่จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ เช่น อำเภอเมือง ราษีไศล อุทุมพรพิสัย กันทรารมย์ โนนคูณ ขุขันธ์ เป็นต้น พร้อมกับเมื่อครั้งถูกต้อนลงมากับกองทัพของสมเด็จเจ้าพระยามหากษัตริย์ศึก กับตากะจะ เจ้าเมืองขุขันธ์ ครั้นยกทัพไปปราบกบฏที่เวียงจันทร์ ทำให้กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ลาวในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ มีการผสมผสานกับกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์เดิม คือ กลุ่มเขมร กลุ่มกูย (ส่วย) มีทั้งความแตกต่างกัน และคล้ายคลึงกัน เช่น ความเชื่อเรื่องผี ทอผ้าการทำเกษตรกรรม ฯ ซึ่งเป็นอัตลักษณ์ของชาติพันธุ์ลาวในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยเฉพาะ ด้านความเชื่อ ด้านประเพณี ด้านวัฒนธรรม ด้านการแต่งกาย และด้านภาษา
