Abstract

The aimed to study 1) The transformational leadership of school administrators under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) The effectiveness of public schools and 3) The relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness. The sample sign was a group of 285 teachers, resulting from Krejcie and Morgan’s comparison table and proportional stratified random sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a five rating scale constructed questionnaire, attached to its reliability of 0.94. The statistics used in analyzing quantitative data were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

The findings of independent study were as follows: 1) The overall and specific perspectives of transformational leadership of school administrators were at the highest level, 2) The overall and specific perspectives of school effectiveness were at the highest 3) The overall relationship between transformational leadership and school effectiveness was highly positive at the statistically significant level of .01
