Abstract

A study of guidelines for the use of information technology in academic administration. of the school under the Chaiyaphum Provincial administrative organization this time was intended to 1) Study the use of information technology in the academic administration of Schools under Chaiyaphum Provincial administrative organization and 2) study the development method of the use of information technology in academic administration of Schools under Chaiyaphum Provincial Administrative Organization This research was a quantitative research. Classified by the status of Examples used in the research were: gender, education level, position in practice the size of the school was 266 people. From a total of 790 people from 26 schools. Tools used for data collection was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire with confidence in the whole version 0.95. The statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

           The results of the research were as follows: 1) The use of information technology in academic management of of Schools under Chaiyaphum Provincial administrative organization Overall, it was found that the use of information technology in academic administration was at a high level When considered individually, it was found that they used information technology in academic management at a high level in all areas. They used information technology in academic management at a high level in all areas. They used information technology in academic management at a high level in all areas. and has the highest mean was the measurement, evaluation and implementation of the transfer of grades followed by the development of the educational institution curriculum and the side with the lowest average was education supervision.

           2) Guidelines for the development of the use of information technology in the academic administration of the school administrators. It was found that overall, it was found that the management promoted training of personnel to have knowledge about the program application computer ready to analyze research statistical data for the development of educational quality in educational institutions had the highest frequency of 63, accounting for 33.69 percent followed by the training of personnel to have knowledge about the use of measurement and evaluation programs. Measurement, evaluation and implementation of academic results transfer the maximum frequency was 62. And the lowest was to promote the course let the learners or service recipients or society know that the curriculum of that educational institution that courses were available? How about the course content? In terms of curriculum development, educational institutions had the lowest frequency of 10, accounting for 5.35 percent. As a result of this research, administrators should promote the use of information technology. In academic administration in the area of measurement, evaluation and implementation of grades transfer and the development of educational institutions curriculum and should improve the use of information technology on academic administration in educational supervision to be more efficient.
