Publication Ethics

The Journal of Contemporary Buddhist Society adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics. All stakeholders—including editors, reviewers, and authors—are expected to act with integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the editorial and publication process. In addition, research involving humans and animals must strictly comply with recognized ethical standards.

  • Conduct reviews objectively and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the manuscript.
  • Respect the confidentiality of manuscripts and refrain from using content for personal benefit.
  • Decline to review manuscripts where conflicts of interest exist with the authors or their institutions.

  • Submit original work that has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration by another journal.
