Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1.     Document Format:

o   Use A4-sized paper, single-sided

o   The length should not exceed 25 pages

o   Use the font TH SarabunPSK, size 14 for the main content and size 16 for main headings

o   Margins: Top 2.5 cm, Bottom 2.5 cm, Left 2.5 cm, Right 2.5 cm

  1. Components of the Article:

o   Title: Should clearly communicate the main topic of the article

o   Author's Name: Full names of all authors

o   Abstract: A brief summary of the objectives, findings, and conclusions, no longer than half an A4 page in both Thai and English

o   Keywords: 3-5 relevant keywords

o   Main Content: Organize the content into sections and subsections with numbering (1, 1.1, 1.2, etc.)

o   Results: Describe the research findings or study results

o   Conclusion and Recommendations: Summarize key findings and provide recommendations for future research or applications

o   References: Follow the citation format specified by the journal

  1. Citation:

o   Use the referencing style specified by the journal, such as APA, MLA, or the journal's own format

o   Ensure that all references are accurate in terms of both information and formatting

  1. Charts and Tables:

o   Charts and tables should be labeled and clearly explained

o   Place charts and tables where they are relevant to the content

  1. Proofreading:

o   Ensure there are no spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors

o   Use a spell-check tool to make sure the article is error-free

  1. Document Layout:

o   Set line spacing to 1.5

o   Align the content to the left

o   Include page numbers in the top right corner

  1. Submitting the Manuscript:

o   Submit the manuscript through the journal's online system or the designated submission channel

o   Ensure the manuscript is prepared in the specified file format (e.g., .doc, .docx, or .pdf)
