Focus and Scope : It focuses on publishing high-quality research articles in the fields of management and digital technology, covering topics such as business innovation, organizational management, digital marketing, information technology development, human resource management, and the use of technology for business development.

Peer Review Process : Submitted articles will undergo a rigorous review process 3 experts in the relevant field, who are approved by the editorial board. This process follows a double-blind review method to maintain impartiality and credibility, where both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous to each other.
