This study aimed to study the Study of the Quality of Postage Transportation Service that Affects the Image of Thai Post Company Limited, Nakhonsawan Province. and The sample population consisted of 400 personal. Customers who come to use the Thai postal parcel delivery service, Nakhonsawan province., The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Multiple regression analysis.
The result of this study has found that, 1. The sample population consisted most respondents were male, age 36-45 years old, bachelor degree, monthly income of 25,001 – 50,000 baht. and found that: 2. The opinion level of opinions about the Quality of Postage Transportation Service of Thai Post Company Limited, Nakhonsawan Province.. was at a high level ( = 4.19),. it was found that at a high level, sorted as follows: customer understanding ( = 4.42) customer response ( = 4.40) concreteness of the service ( = 4.29) Reliability ( = 3.95) and customer trust ( = 3.89), respectively. 3. The opinion level of opinions about the Image of Thai Post Company Limited, Nakhonsawan Province. was at a high level ( = 4.20),. it was found that at a high level, sorted as follows: interpersonal communication ( = 4.70)organizational identity ( = 4.16) physical environment ( = 4.15)corporate reputation ( = 3.96) and Service ( = 3.95), respectively. 4. Reliability, customer response, customer trust, customer understanding, and the concreteness of the service that Affects the Image of Thai Post Company Limited, Nakhonsawan Province. statistically significant the level at 0.05
