This independent study on The Teamwork Efficiency of Generation Y. The purpose of this study were to determine: 1. To study the level of Teamwork Efficiency of Generation Y. and 2. To study the differences between personal factors and Teamwork Efficiency of Generation Y. and The sample population consisted of 400 People of Generation Y people in Nakhonsawan Province., using nonprobability sampling technique that a researcher uses to choose a sample of Accident sampling method. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and One-Way ANOVA.
The result of the study has found that, the sample population consisted most respondents were female, age 29-33 years old, bachelor degree, Occupation of a private company employee, and have monthly income 15,001-20,000 baht. And found that: 1. The level of Teamwork Efficiency of Generation Y was at a high level (= 4.08), it was found that at a high level, sorted as follows: mutual understanding (=4.14), division of labor according to competence (=4.09), responsibility ( =4.08), cooperation in work ( =4.06), participation respectively ( =4.05), and respectability ( = 4.04) 2.The differences between personal factors and Teamwork Efficiency of Generation Y. It was found that the sample age, education the different in the Teamwork Efficiency of Generation Y at statistical significance at .05
