Abstract

This study on Service Quality Affecting Decision to Use Logistics service of Saparichart Transport Partnership in Chainat. The purpose of this study were to determine: 1. To study the opinion level on Service Quality Affecting Decision to Use Logistics service of Saparichart Transport Partnership in Chainat. And 2. To study the differences between personal factors and Service Quality Affecting Decision to Use Logistics service of Saparichart Transport Partnership in Chainat. and The sample population consisted of 318 people Use Logistics service of Saparichart Transport Partnership in Chainat., using nonprobability sampling technique that a researcher uses to choose a sample of purposive sampling method. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA.

The result of the study has found that, The sample population consisted most respondents were male, age 34-40 years old, marital status, bachelor's degree, Average monthly income 20,001 - 30,000 baht and found that: 1. The level on Service Quality Affecting Decision to Use Logistics service of Saparichart Transport Partnership in Chainat as a whole, at a high level. 2. The sample group of different sexes and educational level different opinions about the Service Quality Affecting Decision to Use Logistics service of Saparichart Transport Partnership in Chainat, overall are different with a statistically significant level of .05
