Attitude of The People in the Principles of Good Governance of Rang Ka Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

The purposes of were to apply the good governance for the administration of Rang Ka Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. To compare the people’s opinions toward the application of the good governance for the administration and to find suggestions on applying the food governance for planning and adjusting the operation strategies including the procedure of administration for improving Rang Ka Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province and have rights for election. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The study was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One Way ANOVA. The results were as follows: 1.Regarding to the people’s opinions on applying the principles of governance for the administration of Rang Ka Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province was at a good level. With regard to each aspect, it was also at a good level. 2.Regarding to the comparison of the People ‘s opinions on applying the principles of good governance for the administration of Rang Ka Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province,  Rang Ka Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province With regard to sex, it showed that the people who are different in sex, the opinions were not different. With regard to age, it showed that the people who are different in age, the opinions were not different. With regard to education, it was indicated  that the people have differences on principles of law, responsibilities , and worthiness, but other aspects their opinions were not different. With regard to the suggestions on applying the good governance for the administration of Rang Ka Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, should help the people on the car of people in the community more increasingly. The administrative organization should adjust the performance more effectively, they should solve the peoples’s problems immediately and they should also advertise the in formation to the people and allocate the budget to each village more than their personal interest. Besides. They should be more sincere for their own responsibilities. Dedicate their own time and help the people who were disadvantaged in the community more increasingly.
