This research aims to study the essential needs of quality assurance management within student quality standards of educational institution administrators. Under the jurisdiction of the Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, the sample group used were teachers. Under the jurisdiction of the Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, 304 people were obtained from determining the size according to Krejcie and Morgan's tables and then using stratified random sampling. in proportion to the size of the school The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire questionnaire. The reliability value is 0.80. Statistics used in the research include percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested using t-tests and one-way analysis of variance. When differences were found, pairwise comparisons were made using Scheffe's method. The research results found that
1.The current status of internal quality assurance management in terms of student quality standards of school administrators under the Office of the Educational Service Area 2, Maha Sarakham, is at a moderate level overall.
2.The desired status of internal quality assurance management in terms of student quality standards of school administrators found that the aspect with the highest average value was the desired characteristics of students, and the aspect with the lowest average value was the academic achievement of students.
3.The needs of internal quality assurance management in terms of student quality standards of school administrators under the Office of the Educational Service Area 2, in general, was equal to 0.594. When considering each item, it was found that the desired characteristics of students had the highest need index, and the academic achievement of students had the lowest need index.
